Step One Complete

Well, I can't move and every muscle in my body aches, but we completed step one over the weekend. We poured the concrete slab that the hot tub will sit on! We used 28, 80lb bags of concrete!!! That is first and last time I will ever do that!!! On to step two.....

Mother's Day Gift

For Mother's Day the girls have promised to let me take their picture everyday for a year! I am so excited. I plan to make a video, inspired by Noah on You Tube. Here is the first couple of shots.

Carowinds Band Festival

Cassidy's band performed in the Carowinds Band Festival this Saturday. They received a superior rating from the judges. As first year band students, they impressed everyone. Good job girls! They spent the rest of the day riding every roller-coaster in the park!

We had another fun weekend of, yep you guessed it.......Guitar Hero. We made one mistake though, and invited the Yancey's! They killed us! Next time they come over, we will stick to board games. JK, love ya Jen!!!!
