North Carolina Zoo

Courtney's 2nd grade class took a field trip to the NC Zoo this week. We visited the new eleaphant area. It is full of information, fantastic signage and sculptures. There is also a new water area that will allow visitors to see the elephants up close as they cool off in the hot summer sun.

Work sent me to Las Vegas for the annual Digital Signage Expo. I stayed at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Lost a little money, but had a great time!!

Cassidy's First Band Concert

Here is Cassidy at her first concert at Braxton Craven Middle School with her best friend Staley. They both play the trumpet and did an excellent job.

Nana's new dog McKenna. He is a big hit with the girls. He looks cute and little here, but he has gotten sooooooo big!

Christmas as Disney

We spent the first week in December in Walt Disney World and we had the time of our lives. The decorations were like nothing we have ever seen before. It was all just phenomenal.

The wedding was beautiful, everyone had a good time and looked great. With the exception of my dad, I think the little girls had the most fun on the dance floor.
